In our time together, I will provide a safe space for you to navigate your health issues, and I will support you in moving from intention to action with the goal of creating positive sustainable change.
I facilitate behavior change by helping you identify specific behaviors that align with your wellness vision, recognize potential obstacles, and discover creative solutions or new perspectives.
My approach is holistic and encompasses all facets of life – career, relationships, personal goals, physical, spiritual, and emotional health, etc.
I often incorporate breathing or mindfulness practices into our sessions and will support you to lean into your intuition.
